On-campus athletic screenings for incoming 7th–12th grade students

Woodcrest Christian School Athletics will host Spring Sports Screenings on May 19 and 20, 2026, from 3:00–5:00 p.m. This on-campus opportunity is available for incoming 7th–12th grade students and is offered as a convenience for WCS families. The cost is $25.

How it works

1. Sign up for an appointment
Reserve your screening time in advance. The cost is $25.

2. Complete the required form
Please print and sign the required form before your appointment.

3. Attend your appointment
Students should report to the back lobby of the gym for their scheduled screening.

4. Finish the final online steps
After the physical, families will need to complete the remaining information, upload a photo of the physical, and e-sign the required waivers.

Additional information

This on-campus sports screening is provided as a convenience for WCS families, and all proceeds are donated by Dr. d’Arc to WCS Athletics.
