Woodcrest Christian School is excited to announce the launch of its first-ever Girls Flag Football team for the 2026–27 school year, marking a historic milestone for Royals Athletics.

For the first time in school history, female student-athletes will have the opportunity to represent Woodcrest Christian on the flag football field in CIF competition. The addition of girls flag football reflects the rapid growth of the sport across California and creates a new opportunity for students to compete, build community, and grow through Christ-centered athletics.

“We’re thrilled to offer another avenue for our young women to compete and develop as athletes and leaders,” said Joe Lurker, Woodcrest Christian Athletic Director.
